Despite the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has created, we are grateful that we are able to continue to pursue photography and videography projects! However, our projects do look a little different now! This is due to the practices and procedures we must institute to keep everyone on site safe.
Parkside Spa
One of our most recent projects was with Parkside Spa, based out of Victoria, British Columbia. The Parkside Spa offers various therapeutic treatments with natural products, in a peaceful and tranquil setting. From stress-relief and self-care to special occasions and spa days, their qualified team provides a wide-range of thoughtfully curated experiences.
Our goal for this project was to capture the serenity and peacefulness of the Parkside Spa as well as the experiences they offer. Under recent provincial health orders, Parkside Spa is operating with a modified treatment menu and new health and safety protocols. Our mission was to capture new and current content for their social media accounts and website, as well as show their clientele how the spa is continuing to operate while keeping guests safe and healthy.
For this project, we photographed models both with and without masks as appropriate under current protocols. To do this shoot, it was crucial for us to keep our crew small. The end result was a significant amount of photos that could be used for future social media postings as well as to update their website to represent the current circumstance.
