Our assignments often stem from the necessity for businesses and professionals to stay in communication with their clients. This is even more important during times of change and uncertainty. The COVID-19 pandemic has made it more important than ever to keep your employees, clients, and members updated. They require consistent, easy-to-digest communication. We are prepared to help make that happen.
Currently, we are monitoring the situation closely. Our crew is practicing safe procedures to do our part. We comply with the latest health and safety regulations recommended in our industry.
We Agree:
If any crew member is sick or has been in contact with a sick person, they will stay home. If necessary, we will contact the client to postpone the
session.
Prior to the session, we will ask questions to screen crew and clients to ensure that no one is sick or has any symptoms. We will also screen to ensure crew members and clients have not been exposed to others with possible COVID-19 symptoms.
Access to both hand washing stations and disinfectant is available on sets. It must be used by crew and clients before and after the session.
Our crew is equipped with masks, face shields, gloves or any combination of these as appropriate.
Sessions are scheduled in advance to allow the cleaning/disinfecting of the studio and equipment.
The number of people on set or location is being kept to a minimum. We work to control their movement around the set whenever possible.
Detailed Practices and Procedures
